Bath Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We're seeking dedicated team members (that we call our Tunifiers) to join our team and complete bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
As a Bathroom Remodeler, you will report to the Project Manager, and work on a team to safely and efficiently install showers, baths, vanities, and more on small to large scale projects.

Bath Tune-Up is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in delivering high-quality bathroom remodels with professionalism, precision, and excellent customer service. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working on a variety of remodeling projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Perform demolition of existing bathroom components safely and efficiently
  • Install new bathroom fixtures, vanities, showers, tubs, flooring, and tile
  • Conduct painting and finishing work to meet Bath Tune-Up standards
  • Complete drywall and Sheetrock repairs as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow company processes and timelines to deliver projects on schedule

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English as a first language (for safety and communication purposes)
  • Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related trades
  • Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing techniques
  • Competence in:
    • Demo work
    • Installation (fixtures, flooring, etc.)
    • Painting
    • Sheetrock repair and finishing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in residential remodeling or construction
  • Familiarity with Bath Tune-Up or similar remodeling systems

Compensation and Benefits
