Encapsulation Technician | La Verkin, UT


Nexeo HR is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Encapsulation Technician for a full-time opportunity in La Verkin, UT. In this role, you will operate encapsulation machinery and support dietary supplement production by following batch records, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or encapsulation experience who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and teamwork in a regulated production environment.


Responsibilities

  • Operate encapsulation and sealing machines according to batch records (BRs)
  • Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times
  • Complete production logs, control documents, and required paperwork
  • Perform line clearance checks and batch record reviews
  • Communicate daily with Production Management and QA/QC teams
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and equipment
  • Assist with powder batching when needed
  • Oversee encapsulation of required products with extreme attention to detail
  • Support inventory staging, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with technicians and production staff to meet daily goals
  • Lift and move inventory up to 75 lbs as needed


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of encapsulation experience required
  • Experience operating production and sealing machinery (machine operator experience is a plus)
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and batch records
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery

Pay

$15.00-$18.00 per hour


Schedule

Full Time | Monday–Friday

Day Shift | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
