About the Position: The Batching Technician I will be working in a manufacturing and blending environment: follows a set of instructions outlining batching.


What You’ll Do:

  • Knowledge and implementation of cGMPs, and regulations
  • Assist in verifying all incoming ingredients from warehouse before beginning the batch process
  • Handle raw materials by weighing each ingredient and verify the weights are accurate according to batch record
  • Assist in proper mixing instructions and ingredient additions
  • Properly lift 25 kgs
  • Perform proper cleaning of equipment and verify cleanliness of equipment before use
  • Document all cleaning and batching in appropriate log books
  • Perform and meet daily schedule and goals
  • Immediately report any inconsistencies in the product to batching manager and/or batching lead
  • Understand product mixing and batching instructions
  • Understand and properly fill out paperwork with accuracy
  • Keep area clean and organized
  • Keep an accurate inventory on all ingredients and return unused inventory to warehouse with proper labels with accurate weights
  • Other duties as assigned
