What You’ll Do
  • Lead a team of operators through pre-weigh, batching, and kitting activities with clear direction and real-time coaching.
  • Verify all materials are measured precisely to specification and prepared for downstream processing.
  • Balance production schedules, allocate resources, and adjust workflows to keep commitments on track.
  • Train, mentor, and develop people—reinforcing best practices, standard work, and safety protocols.
  • Partner with adjacent teams to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput and material flow.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and compliant work area that meets safety and housekeeping standards.
