We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Compounding & Fill Operator to join our Liquids Production team.

Job Title: Compounding & Fill Operator

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, occasionally required to work Fridays during high volume periods.

Days: 6:00am-4:30pm

Shifts Needed: Day Shift

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Weigh and compound raw materials according to batch records.
  • Accurately document weights, lot numbers, and production information.
  • Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment.
  • Maintain proper product levels and temperatures during production runs.
  • Clean and sanitize tanks, mixers, and production equipment.
  • Follow cGMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
  • Assist with inventory counts and raw material tracking.
  • Support production line operations as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Food, beverage, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Compounding, batching, blending, or filling experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and batch records.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on production equipment and processes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and read production documentation.
  • Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and cleaning chemicals.
