Essential Duties
This posting will remain open to generate a pool of qualified student applicants for available positions during the semester.
Student Assistants in the Ticket Office support game-day operations for Angelo State University athletic events, including football, volleyball, soccer, softball, baseball, basketball, and track & field. Positions help provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive experience for fans and guests.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Ticket Takers: Collect and verify tickets for admission to ASU home athletic events.
  • Ticket Sellers: Sell tickets and assist patrons with ticket purchases.
  • Ushers: Assist spectators with locating seats and help maintain access to designated areas.
  • Provide general customer service and support event operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
  • Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours, mostly evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications
Physical Demands
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work in outdoor environments during athletic events, and occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.

$9.00 per hour
