We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support accurate record handling and data processing for a team based in the Draper area of Utah. This is a Long-term Contract position suited for someone who is comfortable working with high volumes of information, maintaining precision, and meeting daily productivity goals. The ideal candidate brings strong typing ability, confidence with computer-based tasks, and a consistent focus on quality and organization.


Responsibilities:

• Enter numeric and text-based information into computer systems with a high degree of speed and accuracy.

• Review source documents carefully to verify completeness and correct inconsistencies before updating records.

• Maintain organized electronic data files and ensure information is entered in the proper format.

• Perform routine checks to identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect entries and resolve issues promptly.

• Support ongoing data maintenance activities, including record updates and system-based information changes as assigned.

• Follow established procedures for handling confidential information and preserving data integrity.
