About the job Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company information. This role requires excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and software systems.
Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
Verify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies.
Organize and maintain both electronic and physical records.
Generate reports and retrieve information as requested by management.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
Scan, file, and archive documents according to company procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for data management.
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
