The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Summer Preschool Teacher to join our team and create a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners. The Summer Preschool Teacher is responsible for implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, leading hands-on activities, and supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role includes maintaining a safe and organized classroom, supervising children at all times, and ensuring all health and safety standards are followed in accordance with state licensing and company policies.
The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, and committed to providing a positive early childhood experience. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with children and families, encouraging creativity through play-based learning, and fostering independence and confidence in every child. The Summer Preschool Teacher will collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver The Learning Experience's curriculum with enthusiasm while creating a joyful and memorable summer program for all students.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
