Job description

Summary:

As the Material Logistics Coordinator you will support materials for students, families, and staff to provide a consistent learning environment for virtual learning. This position is full time, 40 hours per week and temporary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage school-based learning materials to support virtual learning.
  • Manage the deployment and reclaiming of materials for the school.
  • Provide support and initial troubleshooting to NHA students, families, and staff to ensure consistent access to materials.
  • Collaborate and communicate with School Leadership Team, Purchasing Department, Accounts Payable Department, Curriculum & Instruction Team, and a variety of vendors to ensure proper protocols are followed and stakeholders are equipped in a timely manner with materials.
  • Be a liaison for all things related to materials and supplies at the school by being the voice of the school leadership team.
  • Diligently track and organize all shipping and receiving of materials for students and staff.
  • Sustain knowledge of current inventory of materials.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Relative work experience with shipping, receiving, and detailed tracking.
  • Technology and computer skills specific to Outlook, Google programs, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with parents, staff, and students.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Multi-tasker, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
