Working in the peaceful hours when the mountain sleeps, you'll master your craft with meticulous precision, ensuring every surface tells a story of excellence when guests and team members arrive. This essential overnight role offers the unique opportunity to take bold ownership of your environment, creating the foundation that allows others to discover extraordinary moments. Responsibilities

As a Night Cleaner, you will:

  • Work as part of a dedicated overnight cleaning team to ensure Vista Hall is spotless and ready for the next day’s service
  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest-facing spaces, kitchen areas, floors, equipment, restrooms, and dining rooms
  • Operate cleaning tools and chemicals in a safe and effective manner, adhering to safety standards and resort cleaning protocols
  • Perform routine inspections and walkthroughs to maintain consistency and quality
  • Communicate maintenance or cleaning issues promptly to the Night Cleaner Supervisor
  • Support team success by accepting and giving feedback professionally
  • Take pride in upholding the Big Sky Resort standards for cleanliness and service
