Whether delivering rapid service in a high-volume setting or creating a refined, leisurely experience in fine dining, our Servers are poised, personable, and passionate about hospitality. Responsibilities
Picture yourself as a Server at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests while working the floor with genuine enthusiasm and a smile
  • Use engaging communication skills to create positive interactions and anticipate guest needs
  • Maintain smooth table turnover and coordinate seamlessly with team members
  • Accurately take and deliver orders, handle transactions, and support guest recovery with professionalism
  • Step into support roles and assist fellow team members to keep service flowing
  • Build familiarity with Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area to share helpful insights with guests
  • Take pride in cleanliness and organization-bussing tables, wiping surfaces, and resetting for service
  • Learn and uphold our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to ensure consistency in guest experience

Qualifications
Recipe for Success:
  • At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • A passion for guest service and a natural ability to make people feel welcome
  • A curiosity and desire to learn more about food, wine, beer, and signature cocktails
  • A calm, adaptable approach to fluctuating guest volume and business levels
  • Strong work ethic, clean work habits, and commitment to a safe environment
  • Multitasking capabilities with a focus on service efficiency

  • Willingness to follow brand and service standards
  • Availability for morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to lift, push or pull at least 35 pounds
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours

  • Must be able to carry a full tray with either hand
