Minnesota Spice Softball is a rapidly growing club softball program dedicated to developing confident athletes and exceptional people. Our mission is to provide a positive, player-first environment where athletes receive quality instruction, build meaningful relationships, and develop both on and off the field.

Unlike many organizations, our focus isn't simply winning games—it's building a culture that emphasizes development, accountability, teamwork, resilience, and enjoyment of the game.

We proudly employ paid, non-parent coaches and strive to create an outstanding experience for both athletes and coaches.

Position Summary

Minnesota Spice is seeking enthusiastic, dependable softball coaches to join our coaching staff for the upcoming Fall, Winter, and Summer seasons.

We're looking for individuals who love teaching the game, building relationships with athletes, and creating a positive learning environment.

Whether you're an experienced coach, former collegiate athlete, recent graduate, education major, or simply passionate about softball, we'd love to connect with you.

Seasonal and year-round opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
