Professionals in baseball kinesiology often encounter challenges such as tailoring exercise and recovery programs to suit individual athletes' unique biomechanics and injury histories. Balancing the needs of the team with those of specific players—especially when dealing with return-to-play protocols after injuries—requires strong communication and collaboration with coaches, athletic trainers, and medical staff. Additionally, staying updated with the latest research and technology in sports science is essential to provide the best support and prevent overuse injuries in a high-demand sport like baseball.
