Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Coach to join our team! We are the #1 baseball academy on the Westside of LA for a reason!
As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of players, we want to hear from you! We coach players from elementary school to high school. Afterschool programs, winter, spring and summer camps, skills clinics, private training and travel ball from 8U-16U
Key Responsibilities
Skill Instruction: Teach proper techniques for hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running.
Practice & Game Management: Plan productive practices, set game lineups, and manage substitutions.
Player Development: Build confidence, teamwork, and positive sportsmanship while ensuring a safe environment.
Communication: Maintain clear updates with parents and league coordinators regarding schedules and team logistics.

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team
Key Qualifications
Baseball Knowledge: Strong understanding of baseball rules, strategies, and proper mechanics.
Interpersonal Skills: High patience, leadership, and a positive motivational approach suited for children or teens.
  • Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
  • Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents
  • First aid and CPR-certified a bonus
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must Pass Background Check.
  • Must pass mandatory state Mandated Reporting test.
  • Must have a current TB test.
