General Manager - Upscale Sports & Dining Destination
Are you a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where premium dining meets the excitement of world-class sports? We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to oversee all aspects of an elevated sports lounge known for exceptional food, craft beverages, and an unforgettable guest experience.
This leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing a strong management team, growing community partnerships, and creating a destination where guests gather to enjoy premier sporting events in a refined atmosphere.
What You'll Do
  • Direct all front and back-of-house operations with an emphasis on hospitality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and inspire managers and team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of major sporting events, themed experiences, and special promotions.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop unique programming that increases guest traffic and repeat business.
  • Build lasting relationships with local athletic organizations, business leaders, sports enthusiasts, and community groups.
  • Monitor financial performance by managing labor costs, inventory, budgets, forecasting, and overall profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, alcohol service regulations, and local health requirements.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies that improve efficiency, sales, and guest loyalty.
  • Maintain an active leadership presence on the floor, especially during high-volume periods and marquee sporting events.
What We're Looking For
  • At least six years of successful General Manager experience in an upscale restaurant, hospitality venue, or entertainment-driven concept.
  • Strong understanding of major U.S. and international sports, including football, baseball, soccer, Formula 1, golf, tennis, and other professional leagues.
  • Proven ability to develop community partnerships and leverage local networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, labor, cost controls, and financial reporting.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
