Responsibilities

โ€ข Source and recruit healthcare professionals including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), and Dentists
โ€ข Conduct outreach to healthcare organizations to introduce HealthPlus Staffingโ€™s contingency recruitment services
โ€ข Build and manage relationships with clients nationwide
โ€ข Qualify candidates through structured screening calls
โ€ข Present qualified candidates to healthcare facilities
โ€ข Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
โ€ข Manage the recruitment process through offer and placement
โ€ข Maintain consistent activity including candidate sourcing, client outreach, and pipeline management
