Base Salary: $30,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time
A rapidly growing wholesale distributor of high-quality kitchen cabinetry is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand business throughout the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships with contractors, builders, designers, remodelers, and other wholesale customers.

What You'll Do
  • Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
  • Meet with builders, contractors, designers, remodelers, and wholesale customers to understand their project needs.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing for customers.
  • Design and create customized cabinetry layouts using kitchen design software.
  • Perform on-site field measurements to ensure project accuracy.
  • Present product options, specifications, installation guidelines, warranties, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with customer service and support teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and customer information.

Qualifications
  • Previous outside sales or business development experience.
  • Experience selling kitchen cabinets is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with experience selling building materials, millwork, flooring, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, countertops, or similar construction-related products are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently.
  • Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory and meeting customers on-site.
  • Experience using kitchen design software or CAD is a plus.

Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary of $30,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an aggressive commission program.

  • Top performers can earn $200,000+ annually.

Commission is based on the profitability of each sale, rewarding sales representatives who maximize value while building long-term customer relationships. A commission draw may also be available during the onboarding period to help support new hires as they build their customer base.
