Job description

Pay: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year

Location: Centerville, OH
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Location: In person

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Health and Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long term career while helping people protect their health, families, and financial futures.

Unlike many sales roles, this position does not require cold calling. All leads are warm leads from individuals who have already requested quotes from our company.

If you are disciplined, driven, and motivated by performance based income, this role offers strong earning potential and a clear path for growth.

Annual earning potential of $85,000 to $150,000 or more

Insurance Producer License is NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidate and help guide you through the licensing process.
