Hourly | Part-Time | $17.75/hr + Tip-Eligible
We’re seeking high-energy, guest-focused Bartenders who deliver exceptional service while crafting both classic and innovative cocktails. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are personable, efficient, and thrive in a fast-paced bar environment.
What It Takes to Succeed
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards
Engage with guests, make recommendations, and deliver an elevated bar experience
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels behind the bar
Execute opening, running, and closing side work efficiently
Ensure compliance with ID checks, alcohol service laws, and safety standards
Process transactions accurately using POS systems (Toast)
Collaborate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to menu knowledge, upselling, and cocktail development
Education amp; Experience
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
Valid Food Handler Card and RBS certification (or ability to obtain)
Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
