What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Bartender, you’ll be at the forefront of our bar, showcasing your skills while creating memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll craft a variety of cocktails, from timeless classics to innovative creations, using high-quality ingredients and techniques. With strong multitasking abilities, extensive cocktail knowledge, and a warm, engaging personality, you’ll provide exceptional service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your creativity and passion for mixology will shine as you design signature drinks that elevate the guest experience. This is a dynamic opportunity to bring energy, flair, and hospitality to our upscale Tex-Mex restaurant.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

  • A minimum of 1 year’s Bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting, required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
