Job Order: Gastroenterologist (Outpatient Clinic)
Location: Orlando, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established, physician-led medical group in Orlando, FL This is a 100% outpatient opportunity offering high autonomy, partnership potential, and no required inpatient call.
The incoming physician will join a team that values efficiency, patient-centered care, and innovation, supported by a robust infrastructure and advanced technology (Epic EMR, Olympus scopes, in-house labs, full radiology suite).

Position Highlights
  • Base Salary: $525,000+ with incentive bonus
  • Productivity Bonus: 25% on net income > $1,050,000
  • Commencement Bonus: $25,000
  • Relocation Assistance: $10,000–$15,000
  • Fellowship / Residency Stipend:
    • $1,000/month (12-month forgiveness)
    • $2,000/month (24-month forgiveness)
  • Partnership Eligibility: After 2 years (includes ASC buy-in ~$30,000)
  • Ancillary Income: ASC profit sharing after 12 months, 80/20 distribution model
  • Schedule: Outpatient clinic, 8AM–5PM (Flexible)
  • Procedure Days: 2–4 full days or combination clinic/procedure
  • Typical Volume: 20–25 patients/day; 20–30 scopes/day (full procedure day)
  • Call: No hospital or ER call; after-hours clinic call only (triaged via answering service)

Skills & Scope
  • Preferred Procedures: ERCP, EUS, Barrett’s Therapy, Luminal Stents
  • Bread & Butter GI welcome – Advanced skills a plus
  • Credentialing Time: 90–120 days
