WHAT YOU'LLDO

The Ranch Attendantmaintainsthe cleanliness, organization, and daily operations of ranch facilities while supporting animal care and overall property upkeep. This role ensures a safe, well-maintained environment for both livestock and guests, upholdinghigh standardsof quality and presentation.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide daily care for horses and ranch animals, including feeding, grooming, saddling, and monitoring health and behavior to ensure safety and well-being

  • Conduct routine inspections of trails, facilities, and equipment toidentifyhazards andmaintaina safe environment for guests and staff

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of barn and ranch facilities, supporting overall maintenance and ensuringhigh standardsof presentation

  • Inspect andmaintaintack and riding equipment to ensure proper function and guest safety during activities

  • Deliver engaging guest experiences byassistingwith ranch activities, responding to requests, and supporting safe, enjoyable interactions

  • Support operations bymaintainingrecords, communicating safety concerns,participatingin training, andassistingleadership as needed

WHAT TOBRING

  • Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired.

  • Hawaii Driver'sLicense andAbstractisrequiredfor this role

  • Equine First Responder Certificate, First Aid, and CRPcertificationpreferred

  • Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto80lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
