Job description

Overview

Who We Are: At Ordergroove, our mission is to transform commerce by putting relationships, not transactions, at the center. We help leading brands create seamless subscription and membership experiences that turn one-time shoppers into lifelong customers. Founded in 2010, we are a remote-first company whose platform powers the world's most loved recurring experiences for brands like L'Oréal, GNC, and PetSmart.

About the Role

Product Marketing sits at the intersection of market insight and product momentum. You will develop a sharp understanding of our products, customers, and the industry, then use that intelligence to shape product stories, enablement playbooks, and competitive positioning that drive new bookings and merchant growth. It is a deeply cross-functional role, partnering across Product and Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and beyond. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from shaping launches through our NPI.

We’re looking for product marketers who are creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, relationship-building, AI knowledge, and project management chops.

What You Will Do
  • Own all Product Marketing for your slice of the product portfolio, distilling complex products into clear value propositions for diverse audiences.
  • Generate market, competitor, and customer insights through product discovery and research, shaping our roadmap and GTM strategy.
  • Drive NPI stage gate movement from Alpha through GA launch, managing interdependent projects and keeping workstreams on track.
  • Leverage AI tools to build analyses, designs, and frameworks that scale the PMM team; develop processes around AI usage.
  • Own product naming and develop targeted messaging, positioning, and marketing creative (in partnership with Marketing), grounded in market insight.
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions to win; collaborate across disciplines to ship effectively.
  • Be the voice of the customer, presenting to current and prospective merchants, steering conversations toward insight, and becoming the go-to expert.
  • Advance growth through creative approaches to bundling, packaging, email, and core metrics in fast-moving environments.
About You
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, product management, operations, or strategy consulting.
  • At least 3 years of specific product marketing or go-to-market experience.
  • Driven, passionate, and persistent about winning in the market.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience in retail-tech is preferred; experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS is required.

If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications above, you are encouraged to apply if this role excites you.
