What are some common challenges baristas face during busy shifts, and how can they effectively manage them?

Baristas often encounter high-pressure situations during peak hours, such as handling multiple drink orders at once while maintaining quality and customer service. Effective time management, clear communication with team members, and staying organized behind the counter are key strategies for managing these challenges. Many coffee shops also provide training on workflow efficiency and encourage teamwork, which helps baristas stay calm, deliver consistent drinks, and ensure a smooth customer experience even during the busiest times.
