American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Associate to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is responsible for performing daily cash management activities, processing disbursements, managing corporate credit cards, and supporting customer transactions. The Treasury Associate will collaborate across departments, assist with audits, and help ensure accurate and efficient treasury operations.

What you will be doing… Your IMPACT
  • Perform daily cash management operations.
  • Run pay cycles, process daily wire transfers, and control Accounts Payable disbursements.
  • Monitor positive pay reporting and troubleshoot failed transmissions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and collaborate to resolve transaction concerns.
  • Assist with audits as a subject matter expert.
  • Administer and manage corporate credit cards through electronic network services.
  • Analyze and apply cash receipts, upload and balance revenue, and collaborate with the billing department.
  • Assist in new customer credit evaluations and existing customer updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for… You will need to have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Oracle.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Even better if you have:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

0-3 years of treasury, finance, or business experience in transportation, manufacturing, or corporate environments.
