About the Role:

The Sales Representative/Merchandiser plays a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing product visibility in retail environments. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked according to company standards. The ultimate goal is to increase product sales and market share through effective merchandising strategies and customer engagement. The Sales Representative/Merchandiser will also analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. By collaborating with the sales team and providing feedback from the field, this role contributes significantly to the overall success of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales or merchandising roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools and software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail clients to promote product sales.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and feedback from the field.
