SUMMARY
Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is seeking an Account Manager, Partnership Marketing to manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts for the New York Liberty. This role requires a detail-oriented, service-minded professional with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client support. The ideal candidate brings a passion for partnership activation, consistently delivers best-in-class executions, and actively seeks to learn from industry trends and partners' brand and business objectives.
This position reports directly to the Director of Partnership Marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage, maintain, renew, and grow high-profile partner accounts, including executing partnership assets, activating promotions, overseeing hospitality programs, and managing community initiatives, media, and signage.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for assigned accounts and partnership initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with sponsors and media partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnership Development and Partner Solutions teams to ensure inventory is accurately incorporated into renewal and upsell proposals.
  • Deepen and expand partner relationships by exceeding expectations on contractual deliverables and identifying opportunities that generate incremental value.
  • Present insights, ideas, and strategic recommendations to help partners grow their business by staying up to date on objectives, industry trends, and the competitive landscape locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.
  • Partner with internal departments including Marketing, Game Presentation, Community Relations, and Ticketing on sponsored programs and initiatives.
  • Attend New York Liberty and Barclays Center events to host partners, oversee in-arena promotions, and support departmental functions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of partnership account management required.
  • Sports industry experience preferred. Agency experience a plus.
  • Proven record of hitting goals/budgets.
  • Must have advanced skills with utilizing Microsoft suite; proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) highly preferred.

COMPENSATION
  • $66,500 - $80,000 base salary with commission eligibility

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Works primarily in an office environment but is expected to attend games and other events on evenings, weekends and holidays.
