Sport Clips Haircuts in Carmel is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.     What You'll Do
  • Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

  • Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience

What We're Looking For
  • Active IN Cosmetology or Barber License
  • Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred)

  • Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
