The Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who brings leadership, creativity, and a love for locally sourced, ingredientโ€‘driven dining. This role shapes the full F&B experience across the ranch โ€” from restaurant service to group events to unique culinary programming that celebrates Moab and our farmโ€‘toโ€‘table philosophy. This role requires a strong communicator who is persistent in leading with empowerment to serve guests first and takes a hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder approach to elevate our guest experience.


What Youโ€™ll Lead

  • Menu development โ€” Partner with the Executive Chef on seasonal, farmโ€‘forward menus.
  • Tech & systems โ€” Experience with Toast, scheduling tools, inventory systems, and Google Workspace. Controlling the numbers and systems to assure compliance with the home office support team.
  • Groups & events โ€” Oversee all F&B for weddings, retreats, and corporate groups.
  • Culinary experiences โ€” Create memorable foodโ€‘driven moments for guests.
  • Local sourcing โ€” Build strong relationships with farmers and purveyors.
  • Quality & service โ€” Maintain exceptional standards across all outlets.
  • Cost & financial management โ€” Budgeting, reporting, and smart cost stewardship.
  • Team leadership โ€” Train, mentor, and inspire restaurant and bar teams.
  • Guest experience โ€” Create warm, memorable, highโ€‘touch service moments.
  • Compliance โ€” Ensure all health, safety, and foodโ€‘handling standards.
  • Marketing collaboration โ€” Support promotions, events, and storytelling around our farmโ€‘toโ€‘table identity.
