Job description

Summary: The Bartender/Server is responsible for servicing restaurant guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems; providing the highest quality service to guests and team members, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation while also maintaining control over food and beverage inventories.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and serve guests promptly with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Prepare beverages and cocktails to recipe specifications, following proper portion control and presentation standards.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and service standards to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area throughout the shift.
  • Perform opening and closing side work per company standards.
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Comply with Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler, and other certification requirements.
