What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Bartender, youโ€™ll create a welcoming bar experience while preparing beverages accurately, efficiently, and responsibly.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service at the bar

  • Taking accurate food and beverage orders

  • Learning the Red Robin menu and helping guests with recommendations

  • Preparing beverages for Servers and supporting restaurant service during busy periods

  • Checking identification and following responsible alcohol-service requirements

  • Processing guest payments accurately

  • Keeping the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service

  • Restocking beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as needed

  • Working closely with Servers, Hosts, kitchen team members, and restaurant leaders

  • Following food-safety, sanitation, and liquor-service procedures

Who Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re looking for people who:
