**Open Tuesday - Sunday / Closed Monday.** 


POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for ensuring the Oyster bar is prepared based on established procedures. Accomplishes all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that all food product adheres to the specifications and quality standards of Cooper Restaurants. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
