We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead our bar team while elevating our beverage program.

This is a leadership position with significant opportunity for growth within our expanding hospitality group.

Position Summary

The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all bar operations, including staff leadership, beverage quality, inventory management, profitability, guest experience, and compliance. This individual will play a key role in developing cocktails, improving operational systems, coaching bartenders, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate is both a strong operator and an inspiring leader who understands that consistency, accountability, and hospitality drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train bartenders and barbacks
  • Lead, coach, and develop the bar team
  • Conduct ongoing training on cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and guest service
  • Create weekly schedules while managing labor costs
  • Hold team members accountable to company standards and performance expectations
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
Beverage Program
  • Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail program
  • Create seasonal cocktail menus
  • Standardize recipes and beverage specifications
  • Ensure consistency in drink presentation and quality
  • Maintain high beverage standards across every shift

Operations & Inventory
