Up on the Roof is looking for potential team members who are interested in establishing a career with an organization that believes in hospitality, integrity and success for both the members of our team and the company. This position will require the management team member to show leadership and involvement in shift management, modeling hospitality and service excellence. Will be required to develop staff, consistently execute all of the standards of service and deliver the highest quality of food and beverage products, while ensuring guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability.
This is a high profile position where enthusiasm, professional image and flexibility are required.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
2. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment.
3. Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length.
4. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests
