We are looking for a motivated manager who is interested in a Restaurant Manager position at our New Albany, IN location! 
Responsibilities
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation & training of all front of house employees
  • Complete opening & closing paperwork
  • Receive & submit invoices
  • Ensure company policies & procedures are followed
  • Communicate effectively with all staff
  • Monitor payroll, create reports & submit payroll
  • Audit safe & cash drawers
  • Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation & safety standards are met
  • Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
  • Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
  • Set & maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
  • Complete/monitor bar inventory & ordering
  • Write/monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
  • Assist in the development of employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned
