You are a visionary with the ability to craft and sell a compelling product narrative to diverse stakeholders. You must be comfortable engaging with executive leadership to communicate and prioritize the product strategy effectively, while adapting and collaborating in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Product Manager - Enterprise will own the strategy and lifecycle for our portfolio serving Small Business, Major Enterprise, and Government clients. You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive revenue and elevate the customer experience. Here are some of the great things this position will be responsible for:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for our Enterprise product portfolio serving Small Business, Major Enterprise, and Government sectors.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by managing pricing, forecasting, and key financial levers.
  • Lead product development from concept through launch, ensuring successful go-to-market execution.
  • Define product requirements, success metrics, and business cases to guide investment decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to align priorities and deliver on commitments.
  • Translate complex customer needs and market trends into actionable product plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Sales, supporting solution design and proposal strategy.
  • Optimize product performance and customer experience through continuous evaluation and iteration.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance directly to executive leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and enterprise customers.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects assigned to support evolving business priorities.


This iswhat you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Finance, or a related field required;Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in telecom, product management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to product strategy and lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of enterprise/B2B environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
