As a Barback at Tommyโ€™s Tavern + Tap, you are the behind-the-scenes hero of the bar. You support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. From restocking supplies to maintaining cleanliness and organization, your role is essential to keeping the bar running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:
  • Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering GREAT guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.
  • Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools throughout the shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar mats, sinks, and storage areas.
  • Remove trash, clean spills, and ensure bar stations are sanitary and guest-ready.
  • Assist with keg changes and deliveries.
  • Support bartenders during peak hours with prep and service needs.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management.
  • Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Physical staminaโ€”must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.
