$24.00-$34.00/hour, based on experience. American Baptist Homes of the Midwest is hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families across our senior living communities. Hybrid, Monday-Friday, based in the Milwaukee, WI metro area.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate tours, prepare sales teams with prospect information, and conduct post-tour follow-up

  • Generate reports and support sales leadership with pipeline and conversion metrics

What You'll Need
Required:
  • Reside in or near the Milwaukee, WI metro area
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of consultative, relationship-driven sales experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently while collaborating across multiple communities
  • Able to travel between supported communities as needed

Preferred:
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
