Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our culinary team. Our large kitchen operation offers the opportunity to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, and event menus in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events
  • Maintain organized, clean, and efficient service lines
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, safe, and well organized
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Assist team members as needed to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • Ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  • Current OLCC Service Permit required
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to follow direction while working independently when needed
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
