Many banquet servers also receive training in customer service and table setting to improve their earning potential.

What are the typical challenges a banquet server might face during large events, and how can they effectively manage them?

Banquet Servers often encounter challenges such as handling high guest volumes, managing last-minute changes, and maintaining excellent service under time constraints.
