Job description

The Bookkeeper will manage the company's accounts, known as the general ledger. This individual will record all transactions in accounts receivable and payable. Respond to inquiries from customers and team members promptly. Produce financial statements, create reports, reconcile bank statements, update all client records, open accounts, provide credit references, manage the payment systems, invoice clients, collect payments, manage the credit card merchant account, run EOM statements and more. The bookkeeper must identify solutions to ensure collections are up to date and the QuickBooks billing system is being used efficiently. Must provide executive management real time financial records and reports.

Requires high level of proficiency with QuickBooks. Complete fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. This is a fast paced environment in a new state of the art facility. We handle all types of signage and large format printing - such as window graphics, vehicle wraps, conference displays, banner stands, decals, custom wall coverings, light boxes, etc..
