Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics - Full-Time or Part-Time $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
Northeastern Rural Health Clinics - Susanville, California
Position Summary
Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Medicine physician with obstetric experience to join our team in Susanville, California.
This position combines family medicine with obstetric care. The physician will provide primary care to patients of all ages, prenatal and postpartum care, deliveries at Banner Lassen Medical Center, and participate in a shared OB call rotation. The typical clinic volume is approximately 18 patients per full clinic day.
Full-time clinic schedules may be structured as four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Part-time schedules may also be considered. OB call is shared separately.
Compensation and Benefits
• Full-time salary of $230,000-$308,222
• $100,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility
• Productivity incentive opportunities
• $600 per on-call shift

• 40 hours of paid CME time annually
• $2,000 annual CME allowance

About NRHC
NRHC is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that has served Lassen County and the surrounding area for nearly 50 years. We are the largest provider of outpatient healthcare services in Lassen County, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood.
The physician will work alongside NRHC providers and clinical staff to provide primary and obstetric care to patients in the Susanville community.

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Training and experience in obstetrics
• Current California medical license or ability to obtain one
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet NRHC and Banner Lassen Medical Center credentialing and obstetric privileging requirements
• Commitment to providing quality care to rural and underserved patients
