Per Diem FNP or PA - Same Day Care Clinic | Payson, AZ

Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier nonprofit healthcare organizations, is hiring a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Same Day Care Clinic in Payson, AZ .
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced provider who enjoys treating a broad r-ange of acute concerns in a supportive, patient-centered rural environment-while benefiting from flexible scheduling and excellent work/life balance.
Clinic & Schedule Highlights:
  • Outpatient same-day/walk-in care
  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm (Closed Sundays)
  • 10-hour shifts with flexible, per diem schedule
  • No call
  • On-site imaging
  • Supported by medical assistants, front office staff, and a network of specialists
Qualifications:
  • FNP or PA with active Arizona license and DEA with prescriptive authority
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) and current BLS
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in urgent care, same-day, or family practice required
  • Skilled in procedures and comfortable treating patients of all ages
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality care
