JOIN BANNER HEALTH IN PHOENIX'S WEST VALLEY
FNP - PRIMARY CARE | GLENDALE, AZ
Banner Health is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team at Banner Health Center plus in Glendale, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative, integrated team in a modern health center serving the growing West Valley community - where you'll provide full-lifespan primary care alongside specialists, imaging, and pharmacy all under one roof.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of post-training experience in primary care or a similar setting required
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
  • Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
  • CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
  • Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record preferred
  • Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
