As an Area Teller Specialist, you'll provide exceptional service while helping customers complete their banking transactions accurately and efficiently. You'll support multiple branch locations within the market, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a consistent customer experience. This role offers opportunities to expand your banking knowledge, strengthen customer relationships, and grow your career within Associated Bank.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions.
  • Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branch locations.
  • Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking capabilities.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive banking experience.
  • Process transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Service vault, ATM, and night deposit operations as assigned.
  • Travel regularly to support staffing and operational needs across multiple branches within the district.

Education & Experience

Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations as needed.
