Position: Retail Banking Supervisor
Location: Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the daily retail banking function for multiple branches. Ensure quality customer service, address and resolve issues, promote relationship development, onboard and train retail banking staff and monitor compliance
  • Coach and manage direct reports to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency and delivery of resources necessary to support strategic initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and internal inquiries
  • Serve as subject knowledge expert for all retail banking transactions, products and services
  • Participate in community activities and leadership positions to maintain visibility with target clients
Qualifications:
  • 3 years demonstrated customer service, sales, and retail banking experience required
  • Supervisory and leadership skills required
  • 2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
  • Demonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility and diplomacy are required
  • Must be willing and able to travel
