Job Title: QA Tester
Job Location: Quincy, MA
Interview: Virtual
Job Duration: 6+ Months
Job Summary:

Serve as a key member of the Information Services Quality Assurance team, responsible for validating Oracle Retail Point of Sale (POS) applications. Lead test planning, test case design, execution, risk assessment, defect tracking, and resolution activities, with a primary focus on manual testing and exposure to test automation. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the quality of retail business processes, POS integrations, and customer-facing applications.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience testing Retail Point of Sale (POS) applications.
  • Experience with Oracle Retail POS applications is strongly preferred.
  • Retail industry experience is required; eCommerce testing experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple retail store locations, production support, and software release cycles.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
