Job Summary:
Compu-Vision Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic data center migration assessment and advisory engagement. The selected candidate will oversee project planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of migration strategy recommendations for a large financial regulatory organization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of the advisory engagement from kickoff through final recommendations.
• Serve as primary liaison between executive stakeholders, technical SMEs, and financial analysts.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate data center assessments, colocation reviews, and migration planning activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables.
• Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Manage scope, budget, and resource coordination throughout the engagement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise infrastructure, data center, or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, risk registers, and executive presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
• PMP Certification.
• Experience supporting Federal, Financial Services, Banking, or Regulatory organizations.
• Experience with data center relocations, consolidations, or colocation migrations.
• Experience with infrastructure modernization programs exceeding $5M.
