This position will be hired as Project Manager level I or II depending on experience.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager leads and manages enterprise projects that align with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving the successful initiation, planning, execution, and completion of projects through structured methodologies, strong stakeholder collaboration, and performance accountability. The Project Manager I ensures projects are executed efficiently, with measurable impact, while also fostering cross-functional alignment and supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution across a variety of business units, functions, and systems.

 

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Leads the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met with high quality and business impact
  • Develops detailed project plans, manages task assignments, and proactively identifies risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables
  • Serves as the primary liaison between project teams and business leaders; facilitates clear communication, manages executive updates, and ensures project transparency
  • Tracks project KPIs, analyzes trends, and makes objective recommendations for course correction or optimization
  • Ensures documentation, compliance, and process standards are consistently followed using the Bank’s project methodology and tools
  • Fosters a collaborative environment across project teams and encourages ownership, shared accountability, and performance growth
  • Leads and contributes to transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the enterprise
  • Supports internal process updates, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the EPMO
  • Delivers executive-level summaries and reports to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes with clarity and business relevance
  • Contributes to the evolution of EPMO tools and templates, including Clarity updates and process enhancements
  • Leads or supports internal committee work related to project governance, prioritization, or PMO strategy
  • Provides mentorship and knowledge sharing with peers as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Education and/or Experience:

Project Manager I

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with an emphasis in business, operations, project management, or related discipline preferred
  • At least three years of experience managing cross-functional or enterprise-level projects
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders and presenting project performance updates

Project Manager II

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with an emphasis in business, operations, project management, or related discipline preferred
  • At least five years of experience successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects with enterprise impact
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries preferred
  • Experience aligning projects with strategic business goals, regulatory expectations, and risk frameworks

 

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions
  • Provides and receives feedback constructively to support continuous growth and collaboration
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; Clarity PPM experience a plus

 

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Base Salary Range: PM II: $88,000 - $104,500 plus annual bonus. PM I: $76,000 - $91,000 plus annual bonus.
