The Small Business Administration (SBA) (7A) Servicing Associate II role works with commercial clients to ensure that information is complete and accurate. The SBA Servicing Associate II performs various clerical or administrative tasks in support of the SBA loan servicing function.


  • Ensures loan-related documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Records and processes payments or payoffs.
  • Prepares reports summarizing loan statuses, including delinquencies.
  • Generates and distributes notifications of past-due payments.
  • Researches and resolves loan account questions or discrepancies for customers as requested.

  • Performs work under general supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of filing systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic arithmetic knowledge.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

  • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Required: 2-4 years of related experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
