Associated Bank is seeking a Product Manager to help shape and grow our consumer and business banking product portfolio. In this role, you will drive product performance, support new product development, and partner across teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative professional looking to expand their impact in product strategy, analytics, and innovation.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and launch new small business banking deposit products while supporting ongoing product enhancements.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and reporting of product offering including key metrics, financial performance, monthly activities, and contribution to product strategies.
  • Take full ownership of product forecasting and support financial performance tracking in partnership with Finance teams.
  • Perform customer, competitor, and solution-provider research and analysis to identify consumer product insights, trends, and best practices.
  • Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Customer Experience teams to support product growth and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Drive product pricing discussions and recommend opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory and compliance requirements while supporting system and process updates.
  • Communicate product strategies, updates, and enhancements to sales and support teams to strengthen product knowledge and execution.

Education & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or related financial services roles.
  • Experience analyzing product performance, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting consumer or business banking products.
  • Knowledge of product pricing, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations within financial services.
